To Grill: Place frozen turkey burger on grill over white hot coals. Cook each side 6 to 9 minutes or until cooked to 165°F.
To Fry: Place frozen turkey burger in preheated frying pan with olive oil. Cook each side 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked to 165°F.
To Broil: Place frozen turkey burger in a shallow baking pan and place in preheated broiler. Broil each side 4 to 6 minutes or until cooked to 165°F.
Turkey Burgers with Garlic Aioli Sauce
- Fresh Rolls/Buns
- Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Red Cnion
Simple Garlic Aioli Sauce:
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in small air tight container or jar and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Slice red onions and lettuce and set aside. Cook turkey burgers. Place each turkey burger onto a roll, add feta, lettuce, red onion and finish off by drizzling garlic aioli sauce all over.
