Cooking Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN • DO NOT THAW

For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F prior to eating. Cook times are for preparation from a frozen state. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers.

Appliances vary, adjust times and temperatures as needed.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN • 20 MINUTES •

1. Cook product from frozen, Do Not Thaw.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F.
3. Spray baking sheet with oil.
4. Place desired portions on baking sheet.
5. Bake in 450°F oven for approximately 10 minutes then turn over and bake another

10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

PAN FRY • 8 MINUTES •

1. Cook product from frozen, Do Not Thaw.
2. Place ¼ inch - ½ inch vegetable oil in large fry pan.
3. Place pan over medium high heat and preheat oil to 350°F.
4. Place country fried beef steak in pan and cook for approximately 4 minutes then turn over and cook for another 4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

FRYER • 5 MINUTES •

1. Fry product from frozen, Do Not Thaw.
2. Preheat fryer/oil to 350°F.
3. Deep fry in 350°F oil for 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

GRAVY PACKET • 5 MINUTES •

1. Submerge in boiling water and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Creamy Country Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Creamy Country Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

- 8 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley or Chives (finely chopped) for garnish, if desired

Instructions

Scrub and peel potatoes, cut into large pieces. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil; add potatoes and boil until soft to fork pierce – about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl, Combine potatoes with milk, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic in large bowl. Mix with electric mixer to desired consistency. If desired, top with fresh, finely chopped parsley or chives. Serve immediately.
