To Grill: Place frozen chicken burger on grill over white hot coals.Cook each side 6 to 9 minutes or until cooked to 165°F.
To Fry: Place frozen chicken burger in preheated frying pan with olive oil. Cook each side 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked to 165°F.
To Broil: Place frozen chicken burger in a shallow baking pan and place in preheated broiler. Broil each side 4 to 6 minutes or until cooked to 165°F.
Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- 1 can - 14 ounces, Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels
- 1 Small Red Bell Pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable or Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand at least 15 minutes for flavors to combine, then toss and serve on your burger or as a salad on the side.
